This 12-story, 42-unit rental apartment building exemplifies the care and attention we bring to our work. In demolishing a house on the property and building the 42,500 sq. ft. structure, we were faced with the delicate task of protecting a community playground on one side, and a shelter for the homeless on the other. By shoring up the ground adjacent to the playground and excavating the foundation out of solid rock with extreme care, we were able to achieve every objective without disrupting the lives and activities of those on either side of the site.
