Walison Corp. is a family-owned and -operated construction and real estate development firm based in Mount Vernon, New York. It was established in 1997 by Rafi, Sal and Sabah Rajput. Over the past 27 years, we have completed more than 350 projects of various sizes, including ground-up new construction, gut-rehabilitation, in-place rehabilitation, conversion and renovation projects.

Walison Corp. is a licensed New York City General Contractor, and a licensed Westchester County Home Improvement Contractor. In addition, we are certified as a Minority Business Enterprise by New York City, New York State, and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

We provide General Contracting, Construction Management, and Owner’s Representation services. We also provide Masonry, EIFS, Facade Restoration, Concrete Flatwork, and HVAC contracting services as a trade contractor.

In addition, we provide concept-to-completion Real Estate Development services for various types of projects, including multifamily, residential, commercial, mixed-use, affordable housing, and market-rate housing projects.
